Right to Information Act 2005

The right to Information bill, 2005 has been passed by the houses of parliament. The said bill “Right to Information bill 2005, has received the assent of the president of India on 15th June 2005 and has been published in the Gazatte of India on 21st June 2005 as “The Right to Information Act, 2005”. As per the provision of the above said Act each office, attached office/sub. Ordinate office and constituent unit has to implement the Act.
