Self Study Mode

There is an option for a candidate to enroll in approved course(s) through self - study mode without attending lecture (Theory) classes. As practicals / practice have emphasis in Hardware Courses and at the same time, the training on Hardware courses is incomplete without practicals in Laboratory, the candidate is required to undergo practicals at DOEACC Approved Institute of his / her choice and undertaking to this effect from the said institute shall be furnished by the candidate at the time of registration.

This option is made available particularly for working professionals with two years relevant experience, who cannot remain away from their work on prescribed time on regular basis. The students opting for "Self - Study Mode" are required to enclose the certificate of relevant professional experience of minimum two (2) years.

The learners, who wish to learn through self - study mode shall obtain "Self - Study Kit" consisting of Student Prospectus, Syllabus and list of Approved Institutes, particularly for practicals and Notes / Course Material, if available.
The Eligibility, Registration formalities and Examination formalities are the same as that for Regular candidates. In addition, the relevant professional experience of minimum two (2) years is required.

Registration - The registration is only through Approved Institute. The candidate is required to identify Approved Institute (AI) for registration and complete the registration formalities by filling the form in prescribed format.
