Examination
Under the Scheme, examinations are
held twice a year at different centres in the country.
The theory examination for each module is of three
hours duration and the total marks for each subject
would be 100. Laboratory / Practical examination is
normally held at Approved Institutions / organizations,
conducting Hardware Courses. The Society is responsible
for holding the examination for theory & practical
both for the students from approved centres and student
at large.
Dates for the various activities connected with examinations
will be announced through newspapers, well in advance
of the examinations.
To qualify for a pass in a module, a candidate must
have obtained at least 50% in each theory and practical
examination separately. The marks are translated into
grades, while communicating results to the candidates.
The gradation structure is as below :-

Candidates are allowed to appear in a maximum of
ten (10) consecutive examinations for 'O' level and
maximum of twelve consecutive examinations for 'A'
level, reckoned from the examination, which a candidate
is eligible to take as indicated in the letter of
allotment of registration number to the candidate,
for successfully completing the 'O'/ 'A' Level examination.
