Gaining knowledge in ICT is value addition to the knowledge of teachers. Secondly as mentioned in previous section, the Government, the private educational institutions, the corporate sectors shall adopt "e-Learning", for their survival and hence they shall need ICT enabled teachers. Secondly they shall require content developers for e-Learning courseware. Hence there is also scope for consultancy / self -employment.
